Weather Conditions - We prioritize safety above all else. In the event of adverse weather conditions (strong winds, thunderstorms, etc.), refunds and or rescheduling are our two options. - In cases of rescheduling due to weather, we will offer a credit or an alternative booking at a mutually convenient time. - Refunds can be issued due to weather-related cancellations. 3. Weight and Health Restrictions - For your safety, parasailing is subject to weight and health restrictions. Customers must meet the required safety standards to participate. - If you are unable to participate due to not meeting the weight requirements or any health issues, we will not issue a refund. - Specific restrictions apply to triple rides: only 2 adults and 1 child or 2 children and 1 adult per ride, due to weight limitations. 4.
